Born in America and southern by the grace of God.

Charles "Chuck" Pulliam

I grew up in the 50’sand 60’s in a small town in the South where everyone knew your family for several generations. Had more Aunts, Uncles, cousins and kin folk than I could remember. Spent my youth in the woods, creeks, and rivers that flowed through the area of South Louisiana that I lived in. Had Grandparents that loved me. Was a Member of and attended the Church of Christ. Loved my childhood and every day was an adventure. Grew up with lots of friends and dogs.

Walked everywhere I went and we never locked our doors. Felt secure and happy. Attended a school where we all followed the rules and respected one another. Had the same insecurities and doubts as everyone else. Played football and learned to be a team player and to never quit. My school days would be a lot different if I could go back and attend with the knowledge and skill sets I have now!

Joined the Army and returned after 2 years, 9 months and 19 days.

Married up when I met my wife Susan and was grateful for the chance. Learned what a really good person was like. If you get the chance, marry up! Had Two wonderful sons that I Love and respect. My sons married well and presented us with 2 grandsons and one granddaughter. Grandkids are the best. Life has been greater than I ever imagined and I appreciate it more at the end of the circle. Everyone you meet or contact becomes apart of your life. Make the best of life. Enjoy the experience along the way! Love is the Greatest gift.
